The Venezuelan producer, songwriter and performer Arca has just shared a remix of “async” composed by the legendary Japanese artist Ryuichi Sakamoto.
This remix will be featured on a companion album related to “async” with other arrangements from Cornelius, Motion Graphics, Electric Youth, Jóhann Jóhannsson and Oneohtrix Point Never (out in fall).

Raf Simons and the XX just released a video on “I dare You” with creative director Alasdair McLellan. The seven-minute video staged in Los Angeles cast faces from Calvin Klein’s last campaigns such as the actors Asthon Sanders, Millie Bobby Brown, Paris Jackson and the models Lulu Tenney and Ernesto Cervantes.
The clip follows this young generation dressed in Simons’s latest CK collection as they skip school and break into haunted houses. Discover the magic of these 2 worlds meeting for the first time.

On Blackstar, to be released tomorrow on his 69th birthday, Bowie, like on many of his other records keeps on creating new personas, only this time the persona is himself. With this album Bowie reveals himself, but on his own conditions. Weaving stories, both emotive and personal, sometimes almost encoded, so the listener will get the atmosphere but is left with some missing clues, only for Bowie to know and reveal.
Blackstar is nevertheless a coherent, reflective and darker Bowie masterpiece.
